You should only be worried if theres a hard lump and it doesn’t go after a few days. If it helps you not to stress tho, then see a doctor.

It seems like theres something on my vas deferens. It hurts me sometimes and it look big. much bigger than in right in proportion (right ball is smaller). Idk
