I’m just letting you know that eating 950 calories of protein doesn’t work for cutting, especially not if you play a sport or do cardio. Eating that little is going to crash your testosterone and make you feel ill, assuming you don’t give up after 2 days. Cut properly, in a 300-500 deficit with some cardio.
