buccal fat removal isnt some mythical surgery which will make you look otherworldly.

It's equivalent to a simple leanmaxx. It'll make you age horribly. Plus, modern day girls don't like niggas who look unhealthily lean.

If you're on here, you have bad genes. Removing fat from your cheeks won't magically ascend you. I look forward to seeing the before and after though.

You are 100% right but !! Believe me, I did everything. Since I was 14, something strange started to happen. The fat from my face did not want to come off at all, but it came off from my whole body. Now I have a 6-pack. The same potassium to sodium ratio - 4:1 Believe me, man, I did everything I could, but genetics are a bitch and only this procedure can change it
