So I looked at some old pics where i wasnt even gymming and was fat af almost kbese. And i literally looked leaner in the face than now. This made me think that my bloat might be so extreme it might have sime health risks. Like i am literally 2x leaner than then. I am around 11bf but look fatter than when i was at around 30bf it is fucking brutal
