14 5'9 18 inch bidelt want to grow bones

100 mcg of cjc no dac,ipa 2x a day morning n night eod

kisspeptin eod 75mcg morning

igf1 lr3 25 mcg post or pre workout or morning


raise everything 25 mcg per week
stopping at
gh blend 200 mcg
kisspeptin 150 mcg
igf1 50 mcg

going for 3 months on 1 month off 3 months on
6 days gym in a 8 day period
cheat,bicep,shoulder,neck,ab
back,tris,forearm
legs,neck abs
rest
repeat again

vit k2
omega 3s
zinc
boron
irish sea moss
bambo extract
glycine
mag bisglycinate
grass fed beef liver capsules
alpha gpc

lster i will get the shi for my skin but i alr have clear skin so i prob wont need it i do need to grow my brows to make them thicker rn using castor oil + gonna dye like this week before school starts (11)
but ill prob js get a spf50,coffe serum,vit c,cleanser and the base but maybe im missing sum will research more

ima do 2-4 sprints daily to support natural test

ima try to hit 2000+ cals a day w 180g protein
updating everything on the go but ordering peptides today alr got the first 4 supps

any advice or help will get much apreciated

Do 50mcgs of igf1lr3 and then dose it higher overtime
