it's genuinely so awful, I'm always hurting, something always hurts, it's either my heart, my side, stomach, or head,I'm always cold and shivering, i genuinely start getting scared sometimes, of this, i don't want to die like this

I'm in a ward rn, yes they visited me yes everything but unfortunately after 6 years of an you have to expect to have some permanent physical damages and like i get it, but i just, dk, ijmm scared it'll get worse and shit

ive had permament physical damage as well that might be worse, i think you can recover to a good degree
