Becoming Deranged for an Ascension

I’m nowhere near my body fat percentage goal, I’m not fat nor lean enough for looksmax standards.
But lately I’ve been doing calisthenics, leg raises specifically, and I can feel my very lower half muscles; the ones that form a v-taper.
It’s like I’m lean in that spot, I can even feel veins which is a first ever for me without even flexing.
I still have fat in my abdomen, but also less at the top part where a four pack forms.
All of this is just from working out often and not having a great diet. Do I have good genetics?
