My brain fog is actually getting worse

Started showing symptoms when I started isolating myself and it’s now at a point where I start forgetting days that weren’t even a week ago.My days are so similar that the ones I remember the best are the days where I went outside and even those are getting more blurrier.I remember when I went to school and would forget basic maths like 2x3 , it’s one of the reasons I couldn’t keep up.
