up until 2019, i had only gone out with 1 woman. she was pretty, green eyes, big tits, nice smile. so in my mind, my standards were formed based on her.

later on in 2020, when i saw my old itis, i found her uglier than the girl before her. she was just "ok" for me to go out with her.

when i met her i liked her because of her personality and attitude but i didnt realize that my standards were going down.

and each subsequent girl i met after her was worse than the last. nowdays, im going for girls leagues below my old itis who i found to be just "ok" at the time i met her. its craaaazy.

my standards got damaged and by extension my confidence as well. i literally simp for LTBs atp who got nothing on the first girl i had gone out with and they treat me much worse than she did too.

i dont like that girl anymore but i aknowledge that she was better looking than the other ones though very low IQ.
