its been 3 months that it has been this bad and theres nothing I can do to make it go away.

its just another reason to kill myself, i have brain-damage which makes me hear a non-stop TEEEEEEEEEEEE in my head.

incels never have good luck. Chad goes to raves and never gets tinnitus.

incel goes to raves and gets tinnitus, ruining his already subhuman life.

its over

ive always used hearing protection btw, it's not that. I never go to raves without earplugs.

ive always had ear-infections as a kid, I think it triggered tinnitus now, made me more vulnerable to it.

You should stop listening to music of any kind for a year.
It's like having a fuckedup knee and continue running.

I am never exposed to loud sounds in my daily life and when I go out I always wear hearing protection.

This condition I have, cant be cured. It's a handicap, I have to live with this for the rest of my life.
I already knew this 8 years ago when I first got it and it destroyed my life for half a year, then I got used to it.

Now for some reason the last half year it has started peaking hard and it isnt going away. I wake up and the first thing I hear is the TEEEEEEEEE and I already want to die and give up on life.

I can stop listening to music but what would it do? this shit aint going away tbh

8 years ago when I first got it, yes. I have some hearing-loss on my left side, but I dont really mind that. The problem is the constant PEEEEEEEEEP in my head that I have. And they don't have a cure or anything for it.

The doctors are useless, they have no cure for this disease. Its so fucked up.

Stop listening to music. Give your ears maximum rest. Eat healthy. Stop drinking coffee or smoking.
Live a healthy as you can.
Sleep maximum and before 22 in bed. Rest a lot.
Wait one year
Trust me bro

it is hell honestly. i wouldnt mind just hearingloss.
this tinnitus just ruins everything, the constant high-pitched noise is brutal.

Idk how to cope with this. I am just drinking more alcohol to disassociate with life. But really it is fucked honestly.

I hope some day they get a cure for tinnitus.

look, I have no family, no friends, no relationship, no sex, nothing. What you are asking is insane because techno-music is one of the very few things I enjoy in life. If I can't listen to music, then there is nothing for me in my life left.

I am super cautious on sounds now, I am trying to keep my ears safe, but the tinnitus is ever present.

Yeah I can’t relate but i can imagine the cortisol spikes you can have from just hearing a loud noise . You can’t even rest in peace

here is what i would do

write highest iq thoughts online to accelerate singularity - this could cure you
write evil thoughts online to accelerate destruction of humanity - this could kill you
knowing everything is temporary, it will pass or u will get used to it

do you think drugs caused this or loud music or so?

Thanks for your empathy. I think it's really hard to understand what someone goes through when you have never gone through it yourself. So when I tell you this pain I have, which you never had, it's hard to empathize with this. I think most people will be like: 'I never had this, so I dont know this and dont care.' so mirin hard that you do care.

there is no peace anymore basically. when things are quiet, this sound in your brain takes over, its so fucked and makes me want to give up on life.

It's fuckedup but you'll need to manage it. However hard it can be. After a month you'll get used to it.
Nothing is worth worsening your Tin.
This is your bodies signal to rest and look after your health. It's literally an alarm on your health that's going of.
Edit: I know what it's like bro. Im serious. I know the stress and hopelessness that comes with it. There are places that help u with that. You aren't alone in this. Im just trying to tell you the most rational thing.

combination.
I think I was more vulnerable to this, because I had many ear-infections as a kid. So I think my ears were a vulnerable area.

but this spike happneed after using a lot of drugs and going to a rave (where i was using heaing protection). So yes it must have been either the sound or the drugs, this is 100% certain. But on the other hand: why? and why now? i use hearing protection and ive used these drugs for years.

i dont want to blame myself for this stuff because it would make everything even worse

its insane honestly. one day I can not be bothered by it at all. some other day I feel like this shit ruins my life completely.

I hate tinnitus. It can go from background noise you arent bothered with, to -in your face- wanting to kill yourself another time..\\\\\

It's ok bhai
I have tinnitus too
Just keep wearing hearing protection. Get custom earplugs perhaps, and listen to loud music less
It's all perception really. Tinnitus isn't harmful, and is more noticeable when you're stressing about it

Yeah it does suck especially when you want to sleep. Thankfully mine isn't to bad If i'm not reminded by it

Did you use hallucinogenic drugs? I think they can disrupt the hearing brain pathway the same way it can affect visually. Its called HPPD

Why does tinnitus appear after a night out and dissappear after?
It's a very long slow progress.
Anything to not worsening it, helps

Some days it worsens, some days it's not there.
That doesn't comply with what chatgpt says.
The best way is to rest. Low Level Laser Therapy might even help. Some people got better from it.
Of course if you have very horrible damage then nothing will help but most things can get better.
It's pretty much always the same level
It's just sometimes u pay more attention to it
It's not just chatgpt. This is factually accepted
