Just chat to them about anything to see if they're receptive, ask them about school stuff, current events and friend dudes who are popular with the girls. Some of these girls will be cold some will be somewhat warm. Considering you're in highschool it should be easier to form a relationship because you'll see these girls almost daily.

I can’t people will laugh at me for going for you get girls as my class and older classes have few girls

And it’s insane how much I cringe after social interactions I hate it plus I’m autist
