Dermaroller + minox + Red light + (check your nutrients, especially zinc, iron and b12)

Don't just jump to fin right away. Try those others first for 6 months

23. I think I’m following my dads balding pattern. He’s not fully bald but terrible density so he always keeps it buzzed.

He can pull it off cause he has a thick neck but unfortunately I don’t think I can

3-4 years earlier maybe. I was a very strong NW1.5-2 but I coped with Minoxidil and my temples receded as time passed.
