My bulking plan (200 to 240)

My maintenance is 2400 so I’ll eat 2700 to 3100 calories daily, adjusting as weight increases

Protein goal is 200 grams

Bulk will last until August 2026, every month I should gain around 4 pounds

I am currently 6’0 205 abd 25-30 percent body fat

My training consists of a strength focus on Bench, Squat, and Clean with accessories for other muscles. My main goal is increasing these three lifts.

If I choose to take peptides I will probably take mk677 because its in a pill form, but I have access to hgh and cjc thru friends

No I dont care about getting fat

Squat 315
Clean 185
Well if you only care about strength I understand but you should know this will negatively impact the way you look. Bulking to this degree isn’t optimal. Nice stats tho

Avoid peptides just eat food
