My cardio has become worse

First I lost a race to this nigger



And now I am struggling with jump ropes after a long time. I used to be able to continously do it without missing a single step but now I feel out of breadth within a 10-15 minutes. I guess because of my weight gain and powershitter type workouts my cardiovascular health has really gone to shits. I can sure lift a lot of weight but what's the fucking point. It might be over

Cardio is something u have to be consistent in or u can get out of shape rlly quickly.
I minimized the amount of cardio I do to just walking, since I used to get insane hunger from doing lots of running and sprints.
I'd rather be 10-12% bf than to hover between 12-15% bf with crazy hunger all the time.

I'm prob in shitty shape rn, but facial gains are more important to me.

It’s never over, just time to do some more cardio to get used to it again with this new weight.
