I’ve went from burning around 1200-1500 a week to burning 3000-4000 off cardio alone in a week. I honestly don’t know how people hate cardio, just being able to detach from life and not think about anything while mindlessly walking with music at full volume is so refreshing. If you hate your life you should try adding some cardio, it’ll help your mental health.
