My cheek muscle on one side is much bigger than on the other one

my cheek muscle on the right side is much much more bigger than compared to my left side. When i put my finger in I can feel the cheek muscle on my right sode being 4 times bigger than on the left. I need a fix asap my left side profile is chad and right one is mtn how the fuck do i fix this shit.

Would sleeping on my back fix it ?

Is there a botox for a cheek in order to relax this muscle ?

What can I do ?

Same issue, check your spine for your jaw and bite being misaligned, eye dominance leading to facial change. I’d get tested with a doctor who can refer you elseware. I did a hearing test and I couldn’t hear anything out of my right side with a weaker muscle. Might be a ortho problem but if it’s a spine or skull problem then maybe something else is up and adjusting your teeth won’t do anything maybe
