I've been having angina/heart attack like chest pain every single day and it has consumed my life it's always in the back of my mind because it hurts so much sometimes I miss out on things or get scared when out in public but doctors can't find anything, it's not anxiety when I take xanax I still feel the very same pain

I burp constantly and got alot of mucus in my poop could it be related?

I don't take anything anymore but maybe I messed my heart up with stimulants I hope not
