Current weight: 65kg
Height: 5'11 (morning height, frauding to 6'4 JFL)
Bodyfat: 16%-20%
(I can see my upper abs only with good down lighting)
Goal is to get single digit body fat
Clen cycle will be:
Week 1-2: 20mcg everyday
Week 3-4: 40mcg everyday
Week 4-6: 60mcg everyday
Week 6-8: 80mcg everyday
Will be eating around 1500-1700 kcals a day with 1 hour cardio burning approximately 500 kcals per session
Maintenance is at 2500: so deficit minus 1000 kcals + clen usage 500 kcals + 500 kcals from cardio
So this will put me in a 2000 kcals deficit for two months, this will bring me in to the leanest I've ever been (never went below 15% body fat)
And once those 8 weeks clen cycle is over we'll start bulking up 30kg and 5000kcals on tren, superdrol, anadrol and test very excited to die (*ascend)
