you need vit k megadose + liver oil
i used to eat 2-3 kiwi a day with the skin on, so i was surely getting a lot of vitamin k but my depression was persistent
its been like this surely for years now
short periods of happiness, longer periods of sadness
random spikes of unusual happiness

you need megadose in pill. And liver oil is important too.
 
doubt itll help but i can try
get d3 with it too. if it's bad take 50.000 units everyday for a week, then dial down if you feel side effects. And k2 take like 1000mcg everyday too

i work 7 hours a day in the sun, i get more than enough vitamin d

how's your sleep, diet and exercise routine been?
i quit exercise because i work a pretty physical job now(will quit soon but will work out after then)
at home i do push ups sometimes if im not dead tired though
my diet i consider pretty good, some junk food but i also make sure to eat enough healthy food
my sleep is a bit shit. I keep waking up at random times during the night and sometimes i cant go back to sleep

yeah I see, try to fix that having a strong sleep schedule did me so well as someone who use to have extreme insomnia - maybe go talk to someone as well could be some stuff in the background you don't know about, good that your switching jobs hopefully will be less stress to deal with. anyway good luck bro I wishing you the man u seem like a cool guy

Yeah these depressive episodes fucking sucks. I cant put myself on anything and my brain refuses to initiate everything
