Great, im doing the same but actually the opposite, which is bloatmaxxing with this shitskin tier bulking

I’ve lost muscle in my lower body due to not having access to gym, hopefully when gyms reopen I’ll gain back a few KG of leg muslce quite quickly

Also I’ve got no idea what my bf% is before and after but if I had to guess I’d say 18% before ->. 13/14% afterwards

same quads are a lot smaller .

was able to do BB good mornings and deadlfit recently tho. and have bands and a dip station so chest/arms are ok.

I’ve got a bench and adjustable DBs + a pull up bar so all my upper body is basically fine, lower body take a big loss though

My chest is my best muscle, I can put up 42kg DBs for 8 reps at only 75kg bodyweight

My chest is definetly not small, it’s by far my most developed muscle

biceps do need some work honestly think they’re just genetically weak for the most part, I tend to curl the 35kg barbell

Idk ur chest isnt big at all but its proportional. But if u want to look big then u need to build chest and arms because your shoulders are good.

35kg is what most guys at my gym curl so its normal.

every single other person has told me my chest is my best developed muscle group and it’s also the one my lifts are most advanced on. I could do with some more bicep mass for sure, it’s not really a ‘strength’ excercise thoigh a curl really

It looks decent in first pic but smaller in second pic, might be the posture.

Your chest is well developed but 42kg db presses for 8 is fairly average. Can't knock your chest size though mogs mine by a longshot.
 
How is that average ? In 7 months i`ve only seen 2 guys db pressing more than 40kg for reps.
It’s average on the internet where everyone e-stats. I also very rarely see anyone DB pressing anything over 40kg for reps in the gym, most guys are doing around 30kg id say

At a commercial gym maybe. Is that 42kg dumbbells on an incline or regular db bench?
 
Regular DB bench, that’s about the equivalent to a 120kg flat bench

There's not an almost 50% difference between DB bench and barbell bench. The difference is more like 15 - 20%.

I was benching with dumbbells up until around 2 months ago. When I made the switch to barbell for the first time it did not jump 43%.

For reference, I incline DB press 40kg 6-12 reps for 3 sets but my main regular barbell bench I do 100kg for 6-7 reps for 4 sets. A quick google and all the sites I have checked state the difference to be 15-20%. Again I'm mirin' your chest but 42kg dumbbells with flat bench is not anything out of the ordinary.

Yeah I agree it’s 15-20% difference, 42kg * 8 = 1rm of 50kg DBs = 120kg BB bench equivalent, I’m talking max not for reps
