they were picking a fight with the two of us (im 6'5.5 235lb lean, hes 7'4 350lb lean), there were like 5 gymcels trying to intimidate us (JFL)
my cousin picked up a 45lb barbell with two 45lb plates on one end (135lb total) and swung it around with two hands like a fucking warhammer
he took out one gymcel by literally semi decapitating him with the edge of the hammer (literally saw pieces of his shattered spine flying out, half the soft tissue in his neck was gone)
he took out the other with a BROOTAL hammer swing at his left knee, shattering his entire leg and then followed up with a HUGE swing straight at his ribcage with a shit ton of momentum, his entire torso exploded and his organ pieces were flying everywhere and splattered the walls.
