My cousin who used to mock my looks is now suffering from alopecia EVERYWHERE

My cousin who used to have a cute face in his childhood till his mid teens has completely lost his looks. He has big eyes and a small cleft chin and had chubby cheeks and he thought he was hot shit because of it. But those boneless features only work on children. And last week I found out from my dad that he has lost his head hair, eyebrows, facial hair and even the seemingly invisible vellus hairs on your face which I now know greatly affect your appearance. I feel bad for him but when we were teenagers he used to mock my big front teeth and would call me Ratatouille and Sid from Ice Age, he even called me a midget one time even though we are literally the same age and similar height and now I am like 4 inches taller than him as an adult. I even got my front teeth trimmed because of him, it was bad enough to be mocked sometimes at school for my large teeth but to get it at home?

I'm not happy about it I can't imagine what I would do if I was in his situation but I think there's a lesson to be learned not to mock people for things out of their control
