You need jaw surgery for overbite + MSE for your narrow palate.
Get it done ASAP, younger you are better results you will get.

%99 of people here do not have neither qualificiations nor knowledge to make analyzes from a CT-scan, you are better off sending it to multiple surgeons to hear what they think

Its only a single picture, but it looks a cross bite. Cross bites create asymmetry in the entire face and lead to TMD. Palatine bone is the first bone a looksmaxer should fix. It's the center that all the bones rest on. You could knock two birds with one stone and use mse/expander to fix alignment/bite/width all with one device. none of this fixes maxillary recession. You could consider FAGA+MSE. It would be your best bet, but its rather expensive.
