Okay, so I'm currently 15 eating as healthy as possible and going to the gym everyday since two months. I'm currently mtn and like 5, 10 - 5, 11 and I don't know if I would grow taller. What do you think I should do in this situation to maximize my height?
First off don’t lift u can workout just don’t lift heavy weights. You defiantly have potential and are on the taller side. Eat as much protein as you can as protein is what helps you grow the most. Especially eggs, chicken etc. don’t drink milk it will increase your igf 1 but crash so it will close your growth plates faster. Do you take anything rn?

Add some aromatose inhibitors to keep the growth plates open

Also, doesnt your IGF-1 level already go up from the hgh? Why would you take extra IGF-1 with it?

some sort of aromatose inhibitor, for example aromasin.

zinc, btw I started to drink a lot of milk and the max I could bench is 45 lb (im on skinner side) should I stop?

What should I do in the gym, only cardio? I started going everyday btw
 
Try to eat a ton of protein and I mean a ton of protein. That will give you more muscle
You think I should try to start injecting myself with things to improve my potential. I don't know what to do cuz I see many posts about injections and idk what to do
