Add liposomal colostrum and ascorbic acid.

Also, master your sleep, perfect it. Wake up feeling beyond great everyday, energetic, vitalized, relaxed, rejuvenated, etc. and get as much slow wave sleep as possible.

The more the better since sws is when your hgh levels elevate and your body grows and repairs itself.

Also add some thyroid and liver support supplements.

Make sure you're getting 120g+ of protein a day. And a lot of vitamin b12 and folate.

That's it for me.

Suggestion: buy a Grass fed meat like a steak and eat it right off the bone and train your jaw but also use your incisors yo pull it so you work your teeth, facepull your maxilla and widen the arches of your jaw

Age? I dont know about this not injecting part of good life bud, im all for the natural, but we live in a unnatural world where sometimes doing the unnatural to counter balance is good. If your testosterone is less than 700 until 15 you can be sure this will have an impact in you craniofacial growth.

raw milk gives me acne bro, btw how do u eat ur raw eggs?
open one at the time and putting it in a glass then swallowing it

just keep drinking raw milk the effects on acne will go away in like 2-4 weeks
