Improve overall appearance and physical condition
Slow visible aging
Improve skin quality, facial aesthetics, and hair
Remove negative habits from daily life

Quit smoking
Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs
Consistent sleep routine
Minimize stress
Avoid excessive heat exposure


Daily rules:
Lukewarm showers only
No blow-drying face or hair
Gentle skincare application (pat, then upward strokes)


3. Skincare
Simple, consistent base routine
Targeted actives:
Tretinoin
Hydroquinone (localized use)
Microneedling (face & scalp)
Focus on long-term skin quality, not short-term results


4. Hair
Oral Minoxidil
Finasteride / Dutasteride
Scalp microneedling
Avoid mechanical stress and heat


5. Hormonal / Supplement Stack
Testosterone (every second day protocol)
Telmisartan
Aromatase inhibitor
Clomiphene
