so my current stack of vitamins:
vitamin B5 5-10mg ed (for skin)
vit d3 10000IU ed (for bones and height)
vit k2 360mcg ed (for bones and height)
calcium 1000mg ed
magnesium 500mg ed
zink 50mg ed
potassium chloride 1000mg ed
dekristol 20000 i.e 1-2 a week (megadose of vit d3)
accutane for skin ed
aromasin 25mg ed
bor ed

diet:
1L of milk (for calcium and b2)
protein 100g ed
red meat 200-300g ed
bananas for potassium
greek yougurt for calcium
kiwis for k2
oranges for bone health and vit C
actimel for not be bloated becouse to much milk
water 3L+
eggs 3-6 ed
carrot 3-6 ed

I want to take something else from this video

10000 iu Vitamine D is too much and actually harmful. Stick to 5000-6000 at the most.

Also you are completely crashing your estrogen with 25mg, which isn’t good either.

I would recommend upping the amount of K2 you take. Take it in MG dosages not mcg and I personally recommend MK4 not not MK7.

I take a MK4 supplement from AOR. It is 15mg per pill. I think I remember seeing the study out of Japan which was using like 40/45mg or something. Minimum you should be taking is like 15mg I'd reckon.

dont listen to this loser. 10000 IU is the bare minimum to maintain your vit D levels at 40 ng/dl. And you want your d levels to be in the high 60s

I usually take 10,000 IU a day cause I try to avoid going outside and also wear sunscreen constantly

hell yeah its safe. Its not enough tbh (if you're indoors all day). and 10 min of sunlight doesn't do shit. take your k2 everyday. get your d3 levels checked every few months or so. It should be in the mid 60s minimum

You can get vitamin A from food much more bioavailabilite so why supplement with it
Vitamin B6 p-5-p 100 mg every 2 days
For others supps :
Pregnolone (increasing progesterone)
Dhea (more test especially if you don’t get enough cholesterol or your really stressed out (high cortisol)
Melatonin (goated in so many regards)

you could 60k everyday for a week and it won't reach toxic levels for a while. But its retarded. Your body will simply shit it out if there isn't k2 to use the d3. And you don't want to take large doses of k2. Stick to the trusted protocol of 10k per day or 60k weekly. If your d3 levels don't change, increase the dosage/frequency of d3 k2. But it is stupid to take 60k per day right off the bat :feelsuhh:
