My Current Supplement Stack

Here’s my current supplement stack, its goal is to be well rounded with health and aesthetics, i’m aware a few supplements may be cope in fact quite a lot and i’d love any advice or tweaks in this stack. i’m not interested in pinning which is quite unfortunate as that’s where i know where ascensions can happen overtime. for reference i’m 5’9 135lbs lean/slightly toned, go to gym 5x a week as of recently)

Morning (Empty Stomach)
BPC-157 (500mcg oral)
Collagen (10g powder)
Probiotic (30B Enzymes)

First Meal :
Omega 3 (1000mg)
Astaxanthin (18mg)
Beta Carotene (15mg)
Vitamin D3 + K2 (4000IU)
Vitamin C (1000mg)
Copper (3mg) (5x a week)
Potassium Chloride (1000mg)
Silica (250mg)
NAC (600mg)

Pre Workout :
Ashwaghanda (400mg)
L-Arginine (1500mg)

Second Meal :
Zinc (40mg) (5x a week)
MSM (3600mg)
Potassium Chloride (1000mg)
Silica (250mg)
NAC (600mg)

Before Bed :
Magnesium (400mg)
Collagen (10g)

Any improvements/tweaks please let me know! (and if there’s any hard proven copes then please lmk!)

honestly, it’s probably a hard cope. lowkey makes me feel like shit as well
Overloading your body with supplements that you can easily find in nutrient-dense meals isnt a good idea

don't take ashwaganda, esp if it makes you feel bad

honestly was just about to stop taking it, would there be any better replacements, i find it quite hard to balance a nutrient dense diet with my schedule etc. i try my best to get things from supplements if thats easier for me.

doesn't help in my experience, if you think it helps then go for it, but to me it was just taking nothingpills

Ksm and 400mg pills right? If it aint ksm it doesnt have the plants special nutrient or sum shit like that or atleast what i remember

i’d say so, although i did go through a late spurt around 18 and a couple months where i was 5’6 - 5’9 in a space of around 3 months lol. i was on mk, might’ve been late puberty but that may have helped.
 
Ksm and 400mg pills right? If it aint ksm it doesnt have the plants special nutrient or sum shit like that or atleast what i remember
yeah, current ashwaghanda i’m using is ksm. likely to stop taking though.

Bc I was gonna say to stop taking Astaxanthin since it can lower dht but if ur done developing it’s a good supp

honestly, it seems effective. i struggled with acne and it may have helped? i used to combine with lycopene as well which i could add back in.

I’m taking a bunch of beta carotene but I wanna take Asta and lyco soooo bad but even if it’s minimal I don’t want take the risk of potentially lowering dht since I’m still in development

beta carotene is pretty effective by itself anyways, for me it’s probably the most effective out of the 3. all 3 improve colouring but beta carotene keeps me a good shade all year, even 7mg was enough for me at some points.
 
a majority of this is sadly cope and can be achieved with a better diet, like you mention pinning is the only way forwards, i was once a supplement coper now i pin.

i’ve just added glucosamine to the stack which should be coming tomorrow, i was thinking of getting rid of ashwaghanda and replacing with shilajit. if theres any better replacements then id love to know!
