MY CURRENT ULTRA SIMPLE ROUTINE

Just to clarify I did ask my orthodontist for mse and herbst but did get rejected, also I can’t afford peptides, I am 15 1/2

Here’s my ultra simple routine

Daily:

3x20 Chin Tucks

Castor Oil on eyebrows morning and night(I have minoxidil but it’s causing slight heart palpitations and some skin irritation also minoxidil gains wear off quicker when you hop off)

4X coconut water daily + hydrating well, the coconut water I use has 820 milligrams of potassium

Occasionally

Hair and eyebrows dyed black

Lining up brows but keeping same thickness

Low taper nothing off the top(people that say long hair looks better no matter who you are is brain dead since it doesn’t apply if you have really straight hair like I do.

Also I stopped eating goyslop like 2 months ago I only eat meat, eggs, fruits and milk/kefir/colostrum, and I don’t take beta carotene bc my school is 98% ethnics so i stand out by being pale, I don’t height max bc I am blessed to be 196cm

Get rid of chin tucks add in the gym and a skincare routine

For a copemaxx routine it’s not bad but u need to watch it with the coconut water. Wouldn’t do it every day for a long time. Can have bad effects on your system. Do it in 2-3 week cycles max
