He went to some career fair or some sort and he showed his profile to the admissions officer from the University of Vienna and he was impressed. He said we would love to have him in their uni and even offered to give a full ride scholarship as an incentive and would take care of the entire VISA process and help in german language classes too.Apparently it is because of a aging populations and declining birth rates in Austria they desperately need young talent so many university in Austria like Vienna, Innsbruck are giving full rides to international students.

I have friends who moved out to Germany, Austria and they say it' s virtually impossible to get these kinds of scholarships as a man of Christian background. The scholarships are reserved for women, ethnics and muslims. They don't even hire the most competent candidates, they just hire from the above mentioned demographics.

Training and retaining native healthcare professionals and other hightly skilled workers like engineering take years, it would require decades-long planning to ensure sufficient native workforce numbers and this isnt something new. Many european are already incentivizing europeans to have more kids. France provides a family allowance (allocations familiales) that increases with the number of children also housing benefits too but its not working.
