He was pretty mad ngl. Basically went off on a rant about how its Haram bc its gambling money to make money (@brbbrah or @TRUE_CEL can you confirm?). Apparently you can only use the stock market and invest halal if you research and then talk to someone in the company. Then he went on some rant about how even though wall street and hedge funds are corrupt we shouldn't even try to do anything against them bc Allah will get them anyways. He also said that any money I would make from this would be haram if I knew it was wrong.

He also said that the "fighting the system" people on WSB are coping (his EXACT WORDS KEK) bc they are still just doing this to get money, doesn't matter what they say.

Anyways, I told him I couldn't do anything until monday until the markets open anyways. BUT THE KICKER WAS THAT HE SAID TO PRAY AND SEE WHAT GOD TELLS ME TO DO AND THAT "IF YOU MAKE 100k, THEN THATS WHAT ALLAH WANTS". The fucker still DOES want money. JFL @ my life tbh

I dunno for you. But for me this what i bought is not gambling, but an expense. I know what I put in, I will lose 90% off. Because I'm holding this, tilll they go bankrupt (like hedge funds have no problem bankrupting comapnaies, people and even countries); ro it fails to bankrupt them and I lose 90% of muh value.
I'm in this for principle, not for gains. And this is an expense. For me it's not gamlbling, I can see gambling being haram. But I see this GME, as a financial warzone against classes and principles. Money is only the tool in the battle.

In regards to gambling, I've seen "traders" calling big volatile moves as gambling, but it's just regular legs in the market, it doesn't go randomly. I've never seen "noise" in the markets once in my entire life, "noise" doesn't exist and is my immediate filter to ignore those people opinion.
