My dad will be 54 thid April and can easily pass for someone in his early 40s. He more or less looks the same as he did when he got married just fatter and with grey hair on his head and beard. My dad was a ogrecel and my mum was good looking when they god married but my mum is one of those women that relies heavily on soft features and youthfulness to carry her looks so she hit the wall hard after 30 while my dad has barely aged. His skin is still tight, his hairline is still NW 3 while my mum has wrinkles all over her face, the skin on her neck sags, eye bags, grey hair. She looks like an old woman despite being 6 years younger she looks older than my dad. Now my dad is the one mogging my mom. Honestly if he lost some weight, dressed in a less old fashioned way, got rid of his grey hair he could easily pass for someone in their 30s. My dad doesn't even do anything special to maintain himself. He doesn't wear a sunscreen, he doesn't take any kind of supplements for ageing, no red light therapy, no peptides, no special diet nothing. The only anti-aging thing he maybe does is drink green tea in the morning and go on walks every evening in a park nearby. He is also very cool and doesn't take much stress unlike my mum
