I think I saw it but I'm not bloated just facial fat tbh, fasting should remove any bloat and I'll be doing no carbs for most of this as well so bloating shouldn't be an issue.

12% my face is decent but still got baby fat it seems like. Hopefully I don't need to go lower than that as an adult.

Maintaining 8% will not be difficult at all for me, simply because my body responds so well to diet that I'd see it within weeks and notice the way I'm treated so I wouldn't be tempted to bloatmaxx gain

I'll hit 8% in a week. Prob 11-13% rn, visible 6 pack, insane fucking back, I'll pm you that too jfl

Fkn retarded if you're still growing. I did this when I was 15 and missed out on 1-2 inches of height, didn't grow at all that year. I was one of the tallest in the class and by the end of year shorter people were passing me.
