i appreciate the saturated fats and animal foods, but the carbs are just too much, and also raw cacao? that shit is toxic as hell hence why it tastes so bitter. overall just cut out the sugar, coffee and starches, as someone who works out, you can have a fruit meal once per day with the large meat and egg meal youre supposed to have (OMAD)

I don't want to cut to carbs too much. As it will affect my performance in gym. And can you elaborate how cacao is toxic?

cacao is a bean, beans are toxic, if you try to eat them raw you would feel pretty bad and eventually die, now the cacao doesent have AS much plant toxins, but still it contains phytotoxins like, theobromin which adrenalizes, you also if you try to eat just the cacao its bitter, bitter = toxic, no one in nature would extract cacao or put it anywhere near their mouths.

i can understand that, it certainly helps with that, but thats just a side effect of the toxicity of coffee, you have to understand this, it would make more sense if you started supplementing T3/T4.

hmm, i more so think its because of the eggs you consume. i dont know how cacao could increase test, since it causes inflammation and inflammation decreases test. Maybe you can cut out the cacao and see if your errections change, if they do please let me know.

What's with supplementing T3/T4?

What's with supplementing T3/T4?
taking T3 4 to 5 mcg and T4 30 mcg, boosts metabolism by 20%, this means you can eat more while still losing weight. or just dont eat more (but youre gonna be a bit more hungry) and lose even more weight.

there are no much side effects, since its natural hormones produced by the thyroid gland by your body already.

side effects occur if taken inappropriately, if the dosage is too high or too low, or if the body’s natural regulation is disrupted.
your body temperatur just goes up, you feel more warm, you have to poop more, basically all signs of a higher metabolism, nothing bad about that.

Does this ensure adequate nutrition and does not inhibit growth hormone?

i think nutritionally wise, just adding some liver would make it complete, and i dont think this inhibits growth hormone, you got the milk which spikes igf-1 and the ammounts of sugar (which arent healthy) that also increase growth hormones.

Yes I think
I am also supplementing omega 3
i wouldnt do that g, omega 3, contrary to popular belief you want to avoid, omega-3 fatty acids, particularly from fish oil or other supplements, suppress metabolic activity.
they inhibit the thyroid gland and reduce energy production at the cellular level.
they also a type of PUFA (Polyunsatured Fats) and that is really bad for you, its basically what you can find in seed oils, and you never know where these companies extract it from.

yeah you definetly want to do stuff when your taking T3/T4, you wont be able to sit on your ass all day.
