What’s the reason for my existence?

waking up in the morning, taking cold showers, then sun gazing. after that, sprinting in a grass field. after a vigorous morning exercise routine, i would eat raw meat and chicken, then take a nap.
at noon, i would use gua sha, practice thumb pulling, exercise my masseters, eat onions as a snack along with some raw veggies, and do bone smashing. i would also massage my scalp with minoxidil so that i would avoid balding.
at night, i would do my yoga and mobility routine with stretching exercises. after that, i would follow my skincare routine, drink some raw milk, then go to sleep. (i sleep with my back)
note: i am clenching, mewing, and jutting 24 hours a day to fix my recessed bones so they will grow back to their normal state. (normal state=chad bones)
