-Take her to multiple locations to build familiarity with you
-Sit next to her not across from her
-Speak from your chest not your throat
-Don't obsess over looks during date otherwise aspie persona comes out
-Be present
-Try to touch her on thigh or upper/lower back if possible (leading her by her lower back is the best way)
-Be nt and talk to other random people during the date (waiters, bartender, other guests) to build status in her eyes
-Hold her hand as soon as you can to break the touch barrier (make sure its at an appropriate time)
-Talk slowly with a deep voice is most important.

I dont know how to put this other than just be yourself . Flip the date around in your head mentally . Ironically just act like shes there competing for you , this will calm you down and make you act chill and normal instead of consistently thinking what to say which can be detected by females
