My dermatologist refused to prescribe me Fin

I know Finasteride gets trashed a lot here, but I'd rather take the chance of losing my dick or blow my brains out rather than be certain of losing my hair.

He wants me to stick with Minox 2% (not even 5%), Ketoconazole and Betametasone.

I'm in early Norwood 2. Should I visit another dermatologist?

I don't live in a country where I can order drugs online.

I live in the third world and don't have access to those. Online shipping is also almost impossible. Oh, and it seems high maintenance.
