Three Eggs with black peppers and onions, and maybe some bacon
400 Grams of Rice and 300 Grams of Chicken/High Fat Ground Turkey
1 cup Maple Hill Full Cream Milk or Fresh Orange Juice

Been eating this for the past 2 days and already feeling good. Ran 2.4 miles today too, before i used to struggle with 1 mile.
