Around a week ago I decieded to limit my carbohydrate intake to abt <50g daily

Ive told my parents to get me a bunch of salmon, Greek yogurt, eggs, raw/pasteurised milk and just any lean meats rhey can find

I’ve been in a tiny defecit although not tracking I can assume that pretty confidently

last night we were at a restaurant and I ordered some kind of like chicken breast, when it arrived, there was a pile of goy processed salty potato chips and salad

But of coarse like the true Chad biologist I am, I quickly refused to eat that and went on a rant to my parents about how these foods would affect my body, of coarse rhey kept their bluepilled view but they accepted I’m not gonna eat carbs

Results:

throughout the day ive noticed I’m clearly holding much less water retention in my cheeks, likely from the reduced glucose retention.

The body fat loss could’ve contributed but it was like -0.1-0.5 percent body fat loss so almost negligible

Either way I’m gonna stick to the diet and update you guys and see if I can look leaner facially

You may just say it’s a normal diet but I’ve been fed slop my entire life and just now giving myself what I need

low carb works fs esp if ur cutting but if ur goal is gymmaxxing add in carbs when ur leaner around workouts
