usually i have potatoes but not today as no time to cook
thats pretty good
just make sure u spread ur nutrients out across the whole day (unless u have a time where u stop eating, like a food window or smth)

i only eat in the morning except for maybe a glass of milk before bed

eat some protein like a hour or two before u go to sleep (not like a fat ass burger, prob just some mince meat or two eggs) - pretty sure it prevents muscle loss or it maintains ur size / helps growth.
i recall seeing a study on it, ill find it later

ur diet is already fine just get sunlight and do sprinting + calisthenics

What? That sentence makes no sense. You eat nutrient dense foods (red meat, eggs), butter etc. Why would you think that eating carbs would prevent muscle wasting JFL. Especially in a caloric surplus, in no world would your body decide to take energy from muscle tissue, it wouldn't get any energy from any tissue in the body, because you are in a SURPLUS. Even in a calorie deficit, muscle protein prevents muscle wasting, and fats keep hormones in check, carbs do quite literally fuck all.

protein isnt meant to be burned for calories its inefficient and toxic. it only should be used for amino acid supply. energy must come from fat/carb
