You're right, 190cm is far better then 186 but you won't gain any superpowers with that. In females eyes you're still the same physically but now you have privilege to say I'm 190cm so it is better.
Try to fix it but it won't be quick.

best you can do is blast gear that slowes down the closing of your growth plates. Clavicular has a nice thread (or video) about the stack u can use to boost height before closing of growth plates. But if ur over 19 id say ur fucked and u wont grow more then max 1cm
