I had one that I was watching security footage and saw my old classmate go ER at Sears inside the mall and I ran away as fast as I could but I remember I worked there too and I forgot my gun inside the store so I was scared that later on the police would find it and think I was the one who kill everyone

They used to be extremely vivid during the lockdown, which lasted for 6 months,
The dreams were so deep and fun that I got depressed during the day because
they are just so much better then real life,

my dreams are still kinda vivid and always have been, but its just not the same level,
I honestly feel like it was worse for me day to day, jfl I kinda got addicted to it and tried everything to sleep more,
I was sleeping at 15 hours at times

I always had them as well, but its just that I remembered like 3-4 dreams a day at this time and it was too strong, and the feelings I got there effected me 1-2 days later
even today, I still get depressed sometimes about them

i did actually i managed to lucid dream for about 2 hours after writing dreams down for like 3 days
