My Ebay package got lost

They delivered to another adress and marked it as delivered, seller is saying I should contact USPS but can't find a single email. I don't wanna lose a hundred bucks due to something I have no guilt of. Shit website, shit service.

Had to go down to the USPS building and tell them my package never arrived but they didn't do shit about it, if you go to eBay I think there's a way you can file a claim if you can prove the package got sent to a different address and they'll give you your money back
