INTRO:
To start off ive been 17 for 4 months, 6'3, like 145 jfl, punjabi (jatt), and my waist to bidelt is like 1.77, face is pretty long/downward grown and recessed, bad acne scars from cystic acne like freshman year.
Bolded the main stuff the rest is mostly yap tbh
Pls give a read/give input, mostly on the test cycle. ik its a lot but anything helps. I'm just trying to figure stuff out and get tf off of this forum. I miss how NT I was when I didn't know abt this

PHYSIQUE:
Havent really been consistent with the gym, focused on school and stuff but I also do get lazy hopefully gonna be more consistent
500 test , an AI, a DHT blocker maybe because I don't know if DHT still benefit me, HGH, and something so I don't go bald like minoxidil.
My main goal is to just get a better frame and more bone mass in my face (grey ik)
Im still reading about it but Im fairly sure I want to start a cycle. Main concern is the side effects that I would get later in life don't wanna mess anything up.
Massai jumps and hang weight off my legs to lengthen them (probably cope but nothing to lose) hopefully roid hgh and roids make me taller.
SKULL:
Jew doctors made me get 4 teeth extractions and braces for my narrow pallete. I got an expander early on but they didn't even expand shit, still brutally narrow.
My face is very downward grown and recessed due to shitty posture and mouth breathing. Covid me probably got the worst of it.
MSE + FACEMASK, trying to fix my terrible recession and fix narrow palette (airway benefits aswell). facemask might be cope but I have nothing to lose, anything but surgery. Better than surgery IMO because the rest of your skull wont change and you wont get the same benefits.
A mask that doesn't rest on the mandible because I've seen it cause mandible recession like that.
1kg force on each band so 2kg in total maybe like -15 degrees from the occlusal plane because I heard it still might contribute to a CCW rotation of the maxilla when the bands are connected to the back of the mse.
HGH to help as a relaxant for the sutures in my skull to allow more movement.
Softmaxxing stuff:
Hard mewing and chin tucks
Bonesmashing, on chin and zygos. (again probably cope but nothing to lose)
Eye workouts, squinting n stuff, also others to fix my slight lazy eye.
DIET:
Shit load of random supplements
Cutting out all processed sugar/carbs
Creatine, probably, heard it increases DHT though still worried abt that
More meat and stuff, try to fix gut health.
No junk food.
I honestly just eat whatever my mom makes
(tried eating 3500 calories for like 2 weeks and lost weight JFL, been eating like 2 meals recently and ended up gaining weight???)
FACE:
My acne isn't bad anymore tbh my skins always clear whenever I use a cleanser. (took some unprescribed isotretinoin freshman-sophmore year which cleared alot)
Facial cleanser + Sunscreen lotion is all I use
Volufiline on eye area and lips
Rosemary oil for eyebrows and eyelashes
Microneedling/Derma pen for acne scars (try to build collagen in that area) going to a dermatologist appointment soon.
LemonBottle maybe once I see how my face changes after MSE and Facemask

Im already active I play sports and all that, might do more sprints
