It's pathetic, feels like I can't do anything about it.

But if I feel like some girl is interested in me giving me IOIs and all that bullshit I feel good.
When the illusion drops and the harsh reality of me being unwanted and invisible arises, I feel miserable and don't know what to do.
If I feel like women avoid me and are repulsed by me, I want to die, on the other hand, if they react positively to interactions with me, my "happiness" increases.
