i dated this girl for over a year and a half.

i don’t have much of a problem with girls- i’m pretty nd and it shows but it doesn’t affect me too much with conversations.

Every girl i’ve talked with and seen after my ex is just the biggest waste of energy. Nothing feels good with other girls, talking with them and shit feels like a chore and I just want my ex back.

I don’t care that she’s ugly, she made me feel insecure at the start of our relationship when i was chopped and short, making me become more obsessed with my own looks and it ascended me a lot- i found my style, haircut, and just softmaxxed the best i could. But bro the way she made me feel was like nothing else will ever compare. The thing that is pisses me off the most is she said we could get back together- but we just need time apart to focus on ourselves for now. but i guess that’s how life goes, no matter what i do it isn’t filling the void inside of me that wants her back.

You're emotionally attached to her. The heart will always win over the brain. You should try talking to her, even as friends, I'm sure it will help quite a bit.
