The exemestane I orderd just arrived in a self pick up station 1hour away from my house(litterally on the oppostie site of the city I live in)
fuck that delivery driver omg he just spiked my cortsiol to unkown levels

alright so theres smth called a "car" or public transportation which in RARE cases can help u get there and pick it up
