So i have officially been taking accutane for 3 months now, and it’s safe to say, it’s nothing like people say it is AT ALL. (in a good way) the amount of fear mongering that has been put into accutane is actually bizarre. i am someone who’s had acne ever since they were 12/13, im now 15/16, (it’s never been severe), my main concern for my acne wasn’t its looks but rather its long term consequences (scars) so i decided to go to my dermatologist and take accutane after countless other treatments (to be fair i was never consistent with them) and this thing is a miracle pill, i took 15mg for 3x a week and that shit cleared my skin in 2 weeks, literally no drying at all btw, only side was the bloat, and that’s easily fixable with electrolytes, i am now on 15mg 7x a week and my skin has never been better, im now pairing it with benzol peroxide 2x a week and moisturizer every day, sometimes i put sun screen when it’s extremely hot but usually i don’t because it gives you a nice red undertone (unless ur on a large dose), the mood swings that people tell u about are completely fabricated unless your on 40mg+ i thought i was having mood swings as well but i promise it’s all placebo, my blood tests are amazing and this pill is one of the only none cope things that exist as a softmax, i 100% recommend it to all of you and before anyone fear mongers it any more, just try it for a month and see ur experience, its not a suicide pill (pill that you can directly stop) but you can just keep micro dosing until you stop, so just try it and then talk. sorry for the long thread brahs.

just wanted to share my experience. i’m not talking about this forum when i’m talking about fearmongering

Does it have any bloating mechanism?
can be opposite as accutane calms down imflammation, so aslong as ur face is bloated because of trapped oil it can debloat in a sense. just dont use accutane for only this mechanism
