My experience with bonesmashing has overall been quit pleasant. I have been bonesmashing at least once in a fortnite for about two years and the results have been compounded in a very satisfactory way. For starters I noticed "improvements" almost instantly after only my first few attempts at bonesmashing. In reality this was just slight swelling and dermal Inflammation but seeing the differences before and after motivated me to keep trying. Overtime I learned more about the logic of Bonesmashing, as in wolfe's law and whatnot. Im far from an orthopedic expert but in my opinion the concept is reasonable. After getting more lean recently I revealed much of the progress I had been making while I was higher body fat. My zygos improved the most but my chin and brow ridge also got better. In the past few months I have been combining bonesmashing with a high dose of a vitamin D3 supplement as well as calcium and actual sun exposure. This has fast tracked my progress and I am now approaching a level of bonemass and proportions that I will be content with in the near future. I also think sleep is important for bonemass gains despite the fact that my sleep schedule is not exactly ideal. The thing that I have been the most thankful for throughout this entire process has been the enhancement of my Zygos and by proxy the development of my (before non-existent) hollow cheeks. I bonesmash the front and the profile zygomatic surfaces separately but the same amount, and I think this is the main reason I avoided asymmetry. Now in terms of how this has effected my life, I will go over the pros and cons.
Pros:
My side profile looks better
The under chin angle looks better in photos too
I have a nice ogee curve
Nice like developed or imposing look
Frames my eye area better
visual testosterone indicators/ more masculinized facial thirds
Better facial ratios/measurements like fwhr and stuff
I have found that the bonemass has stretched my skin tighter and made it look more collagen rich and elastic.
Taking pictures (on snapchat) is easier because I don't need to look for angles or lighting as much (holy nd reveal)
I’ve been able to eat a slightly worse diet because I don’t need to be as lean to preserve my facial aesthetics — my bones are almost always visible. As we know, facial bones are usually only visible at low body fat percentages, so I look leaner than I actually am based on my face.
Cons:
My front zygomatic projection is looks a little odd in some lightings.
I also have noticed that my actual jaw and maxilla projection does not exactly seem congruent with my chin and front zygo projection. So some parts of my face appear more advanced and dense with bones then others.
Sometimes, especially in harsh lighting my bones look a little too pronounced.
I am not at that point yet, but if my bones advance too much more I wont have a chance to pursue to prettyboy/appeal look.
My masseters and zygos make a line across my face that is almost alway visible. The zygo mass and masseter muscles have tightened my skin in a raised line across my cheek. Sometimes I feel like it looks cool, but sometimes I don't like it.
Because the nose is made out of cartilage and the rest of the facial structures are made of bone, the nose looks like softer and less hard or sharp then the rest of my face.
I have started feeling my bones and like feeling my face a ton of times during the day to feel my facial structure and check my current level of facial bloat. (holy nd reveal x2).
I use a duck tongue carpenters hammer to bonesmash and it works great. I would recommended you use a hammer with a surface area off less then 1/2 a square inch so that you can be more precise.
If anyone cares I will post my results in a before and after.
Some general notes.
Good luck to anyone who tries this. I will be honest, I have made the most and best progress from bonesmashing twice a day. Since bonesmashing twice every day I have been progressing really quickly. I use it sometimes as a fraud because the swelling effect makes the face look better for like hours straight before it completely subsides. I have put a few friends on to this and they love it too. It doesnt really hurt at all.
If anyone wants more info or has questions please ask and I will try my best to answer and help.
Now lastly, in all honestly I love this method so much and I am really grateful for how it has improved my life. I urge you all to try it but also advise you all to do your research and be careful.
