before you say this is cope; i don't care, i will continue to do this and possibly keep sharing what i discover etc for whoever might be interested in this. at first i wasn't convinced about doing this but some other user here shared with me some pseudoscience on how you dont really stop growing after a certain age etc (im still not conviced about that, but whatever), if you are younger you might have much better chances of this working out for you.

this was my fast routine:

1. eat a light meal and hydrate before starting (avoid heavy meals before fasting)
2. i usually start fasting after dinner, but any time of the day should be fine
3. after at least 10h i start doing sprints+weights as much as possible
4. after at least 24h, i break the fast (i almost always break it in the morning or afternoon) with something easily digestable (i fucked up the first time, it wasnt nice). first meal is as many proteins and healthy fats as i can get while avoiding sugars and carbs. for the second meal, i start introducing some carbs with again, proteins. for the third meal (evening), i eat a small amount of fruits and then again proteins and some carbs.
5. more sprinting+weights
6. keep the same diet for at least the next 2 days (this is something i started to do the fourth time i fasted), introducing as many calories as i can
7. calorie surplus for the next days

so far i've fasted 4 times (once every 7-10 days), 3 of them were 30-42h long. i dont really have anything to say about the first tree, except that i did feel my body behaving in a different way but i will put more of this in another post if i ever will make an update. i didnt drink at all for the first fast (38h long), i was dumb and didnt know it was unnecessary, it was annoying, boring and i wasnt used to it, so it was a bit hard.

my fourth fast was 62h long and i could have kept going for much longer, but decided to stop it to avoid any problems. the second day i felt incredibly focused, it was actually fun and i felt great. surprisingly, i was able to sprint for longer+still doing weights, i also felt like i performed better on some videogame since i was feeling much focused, my hands stopped shaking as much as they were the first day and i kept feeling great, so much so that i was thinking about prolonging the fast or doing it again after less than 7 days. the major reason why i decided to break the fast the next day was because i couldnt sleep at all, ive slept something like 3 hours, but still felt fine. i broke the fast on the third day in the afternoon, right after more sprinting and weights (this time feeling much worse, mainly for the lack of sleep)

i think i will wait a bit more for my next fast, i dont want to over do it. fasting did help me feel better in some cases, i have some other underlying health issues so i shouldnt do this excessively, i will put more on this later if a future post if people are interested.
